That was achieved.

Any who thought that somehow the lawsuit was going to blow up the Electors missed a few details.

The lawyers are opening up multiple avenues and never had a bet the farm strategy on just the seating for the Ohio electors.

I've got some really, really well connected friends up in Wisconsin (like people I'm sure would have a direct line to Feingold and others)....tried to get them fired up about this, tried to get them to mobilize their networks and resources (he is former high-ranking gov official, has been working as financial consultant to other million-billionaires for years now--most of them Dems).... their response: Well, we read a very plausible explanation for all this in the NYT magazine, and we just think we lost the election fair and square. They think I'm nuts. Thanks again, NYT, for killing another one of my 20-year long friendships.

If they go through with casting their votes for BShitler today, we will continue to count the votes. And if, when we are done counting, we find that John Kerry won this election, Ohio will send 2 MORE electors to Washington. And that I believe would cause a 'Constitutional Crisis', as they say.
