ARE WE MISSING THE BOAT ? Timing of Arnebeck Actions Is Disappointing
A little disappointed w/ Arnebeck for 2 reasons described below...

Although things may work out OK in the long run, but I feel we are missing opportunities to make our case in terms of understanding the media news cycle:

Arnebeck was giving out teasers last Friday about explosive charges to be revealed Monday that would rip things apart, which was pretty exciting, and even had some female DU'ers aroused and ready to bear his children (guess I was a bit jealous over this, but anything for the cause as far as I am concerned !), and now we hear:

1. Maybe they kind of delayed too long, and created this false drama about stopping the electoral college vote in a matter of hours - if this had any chance, why not file Friday PM ?

2. If there are affidavits with "hot" charges in the suit, it should have been broadcast earlier, before the Ohio electors cast their ballots. Would have made their action much more suspect. How much effort would it have taken to post some images of the actual suit documents this morning ?

4. I think he made public what he thought was wise to make public.
We need to let the man do his job and support him in what he needs support with. IMO

Its Jan 6th we need to be looking at. Between now and then more fraud should be exposed and we shd do our best to get the lawsuit into the media.

8. Well, I figure they are the lawyers, they are the experts, they get to
call the strategy. That's what they do for a living. There's lots we aren't privy to, so I for one am not going to second-guess them. I don't like it when a lay person tries to "improve" my graphic design (for example), so I'm going to leave how they want to run their case up to them. JMO :)

13. Lots of DU'ers had Unreasonable Expectations this AM...
Edited on Mon Dec-13-04 02:11 PM by Shalom
I'm not talking about fundamental intent here, but communication issues, which are an important part of the tactics we need to be aware off.

Lots of DU'ers had the impression (seemed reasonable in terms of timing), that they were hoping to stop the electors this morning, and found out in real-time they were mistaken. We need to prevent our own people from riding up the expectations curve, and then falling down - this process is nerve racking enough as it is,

I still argue that even if halting the electors could not reasonably occur, it might have been media-savvy to put the process under the hot lights as they went thru their ritual.

Don't get me wrong - this is NOT A GLOOM AND DOOM MESSAGE. It's a reminder to ourselves to manage the expectations game better. Less stressful on ourselves, and more effective in prodding the media to pay attention.

If Arnebeck releases the block-buster as promised, I would be happy to bear his young, if I were capable of it....

15. Triad repairman ? Legit ?
Cobb now meeting with Conyers ( maybe? ) to hand over info on the Triad repairman found fiddling with Tabulator on Friday. The Triad guy was also enquiring about ( and receiving ?) info on which 3% of districts will be the ones to be recounted. That's key here. Who chooses the 3% , and why isn't it random ? Will the Election thieves have enough advance notice to reprogram the tabulators to match the alleged vote tallies? Can we get video logs on who is accessing these tabulators in the 3% of districts ? Kerry's right...it's all about locking down/examining those machines. Hope his team of lawyers is all over this. Where's Bev when you need her ? If the machines wind up matching the alleged vote tallies AFTER the recount ... well, forget about it. It's over.

Anyone also know when the single Ohio judge will rule on the Contested Election lawsuit? Will it be one of the 5 Republican , or 2 Democrat judges?

20. They gave testimony on it at the hearings today, and Conyers
requested they meet with his aids afterward, because the whistle blower didn't want their name released today. This may have been what Arnebeck was referring to as big news

18. Fridays are bad days to break news
because no one pays any attention to news over the weekend, and there are two "dead days" before the next business day. Much better to release on Monday and potentially get a full business week's worth of follow-ups.

23. a suggestion
Cliff Arnebeck and Bev Harris

one in the same,
both with suspect evidence,
both with agendas.

Don't hang your hat on either of them because their 15 minutes of fame are just about over.
