Just got this email from Misleader.org, who used to send out daily info about misleading statements and acts of the * administration.
Here they are themselves guilty of being misleading, as they don't mention that election fraud was the number one concern of MoveOn members.
This is getting so weird--how could they be saying this with the hearing today, Kerry's letter, etc.? Is it deliberate misinformation? Or are they too just that much out of touch?
Misleader.org--It's Time to Move On
We could go on filling your in-box every day... documenting the mis-leadership, the half truths and the outright lies.
But for now, MoveOn will be consolidating its campaigns and content at our main site, and focusing on the development of strategic message initiatives and a positive vision for progressives. We'll work on the top issues MoveOn members have identified - media reform, election reform, and the war in Iraq - as well as all of the other issues, from the environment to the Supreme Court that you care about.
Your support in challenging the failed leadership of a powerful incumbent raised public consciousness at a critical time during the 2004 election; and we trust it has woken up a press corps to its responsibility to do more than parrot the White House talking points.
For now though, we recommend that interested Bush-watchers check out great sites such as these for their daily dosages of Dubya deceptions:

Together, we'll fight the first big "mislead" of the new Bush presidency - that this election, with the smallest margin of victory for an incumbent since Woodrow Wilson in 1916, is NOT a mandate for anything other than a bolder role for progressives in the political life of our country.
Unless you unsubscribe below, we will also subscribe you to MoveOn's main list and media watcher network. In other words, you'll be hearing from us soon.
