E-Mail to Media: Blackwell seems to be hiding something
Sec of State Kenneth Blackwell & Co-Chair Bush/Cheney Re-Election Campaign looks guilty

I wish you would look into this issue and provide fair and accurate coverage of the irregularities and questions surrounding our US election Nov. 2, 2004 as well as the recount that is under way in Ohio. The recounts in Ohio have been compromised and at least two affidavits have been signed attesting to that fact. Sec of State Blackwell has thwarted ever effort at a transparent election. He is obstructing the effort to recount our votes. He is manipulating the rules of the recount at his whim to suit his purpose. Even IF there is nothing to these problems, the Sec. of State, Kenneth Blackwell is making it look like there is. He is acting in ways that indicate he has something to hide.

2. On the Stephanie Miller show
A volunteer called who is working at the re-count said "Everyone present was to "sign in", Blackwell sent a woman to stand "guard" - when asked to sign the sheet, she said "I'm here on official business, I don't need to sign in". The woman apparently was a real pain in the ass!

IMHO when all this is over, Blackwell will end up taking the fall for the republicans, somebody always does! (Remember the Iran-Contra hearings w/ Olie North?)

3. That's what I say too. Blackwell will be hung out to dry on this
and they won't touch him with a ten foot pole. He's a patsy, a very willing patsy.

12. Well, the flip side is this -
He's a stubborn cuss. If - no WHEN - everything starts to crumble around him and he sees that he's gonna end up the scapegoat, he just might decide to start talking. Best case scenario, that is. Wouldn't that be grand.

14. Yeah, and that's why I think he'll ultimately 'crack'...or
subtly 'tip his hand' as to what really went down. He is smart enough to know he'll never get his 'just reward.' So why is he 'in it?'

Sure he got an initial media blitz, and for a while had both the Repugs and Dems in his hands. Talk about power!

But now that the Electoral Votes have been cast...the Truth, and blame, and indictments are coming. And Kenny's smart enough to know. Wait, and see...he could end up playing both sides...when finally he sees the light.

9. Excellent idea!
Maybe we should all get together and email Blockwell and ask him what he is hiding. Plus we should copy the media when we email him.

We should copy the media on everything that goes to Blockwell. If we email him, we should email the media. If we send him a letter, copy the media and send them the same letter. If we fax to Blockwell, fax the media.

This will get the press in on what we are doing. If we can get enough people together, we can form a group, much like the Swift Liars only we won't be a bunch of lying sacks of shit, and act as a group. Then we can have press releases:

"The Registered Voters for Truth" Group announced today that they are launching a fact-finding mission in Ohio. Their target: Sec. of State K. Blackwell...."

And so on.

10. I like your cc idea. Send your message out now and ask
what is there to hide? Why is Blackwell hiding? What's wrong with a fair and honest recount? Isn't that what Democracy is all about? Why would he continue to block such a recount? What is there to hide? If we are all so wrong, why not recount every last vote in every last nook and cranny? What's the big deal?

Oh, the money. Well, let's look at where the money is going. Presidential yacht, most expensive inauguration EVER! I see, it's about priorities.
