Florida Citizen Recount Part 2
Edited on Tue Dec-28-04 06:33 PM by adolfo
As some remember from the previous Florida citizen recount, all the ballots were not presented at the time. The “write ins” were not included with the regular ballots. When the error was discovered, an appointment for 12/28/04 was set to review the uncounted ballots and poll books.

Check out the registered absentee voters counted from the poll books. Does anyone know if it is significant?

1. I find this interesting:
Precinct #101

Binder1: 654
Binder2: 655
Binder3: 655

What are the odds that virtually the same number of absentees would be in all three binders???
TIA, got a statistic for it?

Keep in mind, these are just *registered* absentees. I was unable to get the actual vote totals for the precincts.

2. These amounts are really strange, add them all up together
Edited on Tue Dec-28-04 06:45 PM by GetTheRightVote
comes to the same amount and one percinct so different from the other as well per individual totals, something is fishy in Florida.... hmmmm

:kick:

This does not look to good for * & Company.

It looks strange that Kerry/Castor same # of votes yet Bush and Mart are different, does this make sense, PRECINCT #101 does not even total out correctly. The percents on the write ins do not match those of the remaining votes cast ?? Castor getting more votes then Kerry in precinct # 101 of recount inspection ??

3. Does anyone remember this?

I remember watching Fla unfold in 2000. There were frantic people claiming the ballots did not fit properly giving Gore votes to (drum roll please) Bush. When they realized what had happened they asked the poll workers to give them new ones. Illegally they were refused new ballots. People would then either punch in a second hole for Gore (did not count) or they would write The candidate they intended on voting for on the ballot itself. This was the big issue in Fla. and a surprising amount of people do not know about it. I thought then that it was HUGE news. But it the stories disappeared as quickly as they started, only to be replaced with hanging chad talk. You can count all the chads in the state and it is not going to repair a wrong vote due to damaged equip.
