5. He's waiting for the secret call on the purple phone
... after seeing the video message with the coded hieroglyphs sent via proxy from an insider who might have talked to someone who lives next to the cousin of the janitor at the Ohio Secretary of State's Office.

Then he'll slide down the pole behind the magic panel in the library into the Batcave, don his kevlar and spandex suit and rush to DC to stop Bush in mid-Inaugural address.

I would love to buy a whole CD by this performer.
I love his voice too. Sort of like a combination

Thanks again. I think we should tell others about
it. It's a way of blowing off steam and frustration.

32. I used to post the link here a lot, but the posts would just drop off the
page after a while. Now it's in my signature - whenever sigs are turned on I get a lot of positive comments about it though - people really enjoy it a lot. Me and another person were just laughing our asses off at the last two minutes of "Genocide for the Holidays". This song is new to me so I wasn't aware how funny the last part of the song is!

33. Kerry is a good looking guy, but the thought of him in spandex
is, well, hilarious! My husband has those long thin legs and I can vouch for the fact he does not look good in shorts. I wouldn't even attempt picturing him in spandex! I shouldn't laugh because I actually do think Kerry is trying to do something behind the scenes. Still holding on to some hope. I'm not sure if I think it will lead to halting the inauguration, but I think he wants to expose *Co.!

6. Well, I think it's a lot different
Rumsfield owns the press, Kerry doesn't.

Maybe I'm just dumb, but I kinda think it would be a whole lot better if he waited until he had evidence, the backing of his fellow dems, and the proper forum for protesting. Possibly January 6th - that's the rumor I've been hearing.

8. Principle should count for something.
If I suspected Bush stole the election from me, you better bet I would have thrown down the gauntlet immediately.

I have been quite patient with Kerry because I believe a stealth tactic would be a slick move.

If Jan. 6 passes without a major challenge, I will be forced to conclude that Kerry values his own political future than he does the franchise of those who voted for him this time.

If that happens, he will deserve neither my respect or my vote in the future.

I have some faith in the guy though.

9. I agree
There may come a point when I'll have to give up on the "stealth tactic" idea, but until that happens, I have faith, too. Kerry has appeared to me to be a man of integrity, and a man who fights his battles wisely. This would be the biggest one he's fought, and I'm basing my faith on his past behavior. I don't see how he could fight these people any other way, at least not effectively. I hope I'm right.

23. Kerry Keeps His Campaign Promises
One of the things KKKarl hated most about Kerry was that it was easy to see that he'd keep his campaign promises, whereas the shrub kept very few and broke many. Kerry said that every vote would count and every vote would be counted. That hasn't happened yet, which is why he has filed suit in Ohio and federal court. We haven't seen the last of him yet. His return will be on a phoenix!

27. He will still be a man of integrity even after Jan 6th
I've never believed in the hieroglyphics. That was other people putting meanings on his words because of what they wanted to hear.

He's not Lassie people. He doesn't need a translator to tell us that our vote is stuck in a well, and we should come immediately.

I have seen Kerry activity in the area he said he would work on, making sure all the votes got counted. If he's working on the fraud issue, and the recent lawsuit says that he at least has his feet wet in that area, he will indeed pick his battles wisely. If he doesn't come out swinging now, it will mean that they just didn't have enough.

As someone said, this is about the most obsessive compulsive person any of us have seen. The Prosecutor will have an airtight case, or he will not come out at all. The Bush junta would just have him for lunch otherwise, and we'd be no better off, except we'd be minus one more fighter.

If he can't nail them now, I will look for fight from him in the Senate. My support doesn't have an expiration date. It will not go bad on Jan. 6th. He'd have to barbecue puppies or something to lose me.

11. And some wonder why Dems are losing!
Why do people insist on sticking with Kerry? He's a coward. He literally ran away with his hurried concession speech. He's been completely out of sight since the "election," safely ensconced in his multi-million dollar mansion.

I can't see democrats getting anywhere when they stick with losers.

16. "We The People" are the "general"; the "white knight".....
....we are the ones who had to act.

It had to be 'grass roots' and you betcha, it has been.

It had to come through the "house of the people"; it had to come to the floor of a Joint Session of Congress; brought to that Joint Session by a Congressperson and a Senator. That is how this had to be done.

It had to be propelled, fueled, driven by The People.

Congressman Conyers has all that he has because of countless numbers of our fellow citizens who were already busting their butts before 2 Nov 2004 and have been at it tirelessly, ceaselessly since.

That is how it had to be done. That is how it has been done.

That is our message to every Senator and every other Congressperson as we call and fax and visit their offices starting early am EST, 3 Jan 2005.

Senator Kerry, if he is the person I think he is, realizes he is not 'the winner', just as much as he knows Bush did not 'win.' Senator Kerry, if he is hte person I think he is, realizes We The People -- LOST.

Because so many of our fellow citizens have absolutely no basis in reality for thinking that their vote was counted as they intended (30 % of them voted on easily hacked, electronic devices that did not yield a receipt and a mechanism for checking that receipt with what was recorded in the central tabulating system -- you would likely not use a bank that offered that type of service).

Because so many of our fellow citizens were thwarted, in numerous different ways, from even being able to vote.

WE HAVE NO ELECTION.

So, the time for Senator Kerry to 'come forward' is when it is abundantly clear to all our fellow citizens that We The People assumed our responsibility and forced a halt and an investigation of an invalid, illegal election process and an assault on our franchise of democracy and the Constitution on which it is based.

I had thought he could do it sooner, but, during the past few weeks I've grown to realize that for him to have acted before 6 Jan 2005 would be reckless and would have diverted attention to him instead of focusing the attention on the crimes in precisely the forum in which those crimes had to begin to be addressed -- joint session of the 109th US Congress.

We will in_DEED prevail.

Peace.

18. BUT DON'T LET UP THE PRESSURE
No, we have to keep hammering Kerry and all the rest of the preening wealthy cowards in DC to take one step to defend american democracy.

Sample letter:

Dear Senator Kerry,

Now that the Mitofsky exit polling data has been released on the internet for all to see

http://www.scoop.co.nz/stories/pdfs/Mitofsky4zonedata/

we have definitive proof of election fraud in 2004. Exit polls clearly show Kerry ahead nationally and also in Ohio by several percentage points by 8:00 PM on election night.

Any manipulation of the numbers after that must be explained. So far it hasn't, and in fact the networks, perhaps treasonously, have stonewalled release of exit polling data to the American public.

Perhaps they are afraid of something, and see the danger I am pointing out to you.

Too bad for them that censorship doesn’t work any more. Now on the internet for all to see, the Mitofsky exit polls argue with enormous force that Kerry could not lose with the lead he had, a lead consistent throughout election day.

A powerful argument showing the unlikelihood of the election results we have been asked to accept, can be found at:

http://www.appliedresearch.us/sf/epdiscrep.htm

That author, Dr. Freeman, makes a powerful plea as well as an overwhelming argument: our election shows clearly the fingerprints of fraud - but who will stand up and act to correct it?

With every good intention, this letter is to offer a warning if you ignore the Mitofsky data.

In short: both your career and your place in history may suffer disastrous damage if you ignore this crucial information.

The short version is this: when it becomes known that you had access to this information and ignored it, then you will be on the defensive to explain why.

That explanation will be hard to come by. There is no explanation for bowing in obeisance to a foul coup d'etat resulting from the theft of an election, not to mention the subversion of constitutional democracy in the USA.

So I am asking for the obvious: I am asking that you to object to the Ohio electors on January 6th, and to challenge the 2004 election results in general. The alternative is harsh: if you don’t act, history and many Americans could well come to regard you as a dupe, as a fool, or even worse - a harsher assessment would hold those guilty of covering up election fraud as participants in a treasonous effort to subvert democracy in America.

Given Hobson's choice, there is no real alternative: do your duty and refuse the Ohio electors along with John Conyers and others. Challenge the results of the entire election, and do not back down.

I also ask you, as an American, to do this because it is the right thing to do. In doing this I hope you will heed the pitfalls of not taking moral and ethically correct action. Avoid those pitfalls and the stigma of history by voting to object to the Ohio electors, and refusing to take part in treason, or in rubber stamping the false results of the presidential election of 2004.

I am sorry if this letter angers you – that is not my intention. But it is a time to be angry, and I hope you will direct yours at the proper recipients. Refuse to allow the unconstitutional seizure of power in our country in 2004, and do not be seduced into allowing the neo-fascist bullies and traitors who have brought this about to survive politically.

Sincerely,

Garby Leon Ph.D.
Los Angeles, CA

17. Dream!
Just woke up from a nap and was having an intense dream about John Kerry. Probably meaningless, but it felt so potent. I was working at The Music Center in Los Angeles (I do) and he was there for a political event. He was on the ground floor and I remembered having seen him about a month ago (before the election) at a time when I didn't really care about him. But I was in waiting in the lobby for the elevator to go up and I saw him. Then I got in the elevator and it struck me that he was incredibly beautiful. For some reason the elevator wasn't working so I ended up back on the ground floor and peeked around the corner to see him sitting at a table with a lot of other people. They were all dressed up as if at a gala fundraising event. At that moment I realized that he was incredibly beautiful. I saw this amazing beauty in him and realized that I was in love with him. I knew I looked great too and thought about that earlier time when I hadn't really been paying attention to what I was wearing. So then I got back in the elevator and tried to go back up to my office on the fifth floor. All the time I was remembering John Kerry and what an amazing experience it had been to connect with him when I peeked around that corner. Then the elevator got stuck on the third floor and the door wouldn't open. I couldn't figure out what to do so I kept trying to push different buttons. Some people got in and went to the fourth floor and got out. The doors closed I was on my way up to the fifth floor again thinking about how much I was in love with John Kerry.

So of course it was nothing, but it left me with such a strong impression that I wanted to tell someone about it.

35. Hmmm. I heard that elevators and cars in dreams
signify your "life". Therefore, dreams about driving your car have to do with controlling your life, etc.

It seems like your dream has something to do with having your life take a detour to John Kerry (perhaps being involved in the election or just really caring about it and blogging instead of sleeping, etc., like many of us).

And you are at once trying to get back to your 'regular' life (on the 5th floor) but still enamored of John Kerry. And speaking solely for myself, I am feeling a bit off track since the election, and having a hard time getting "back to my floor", as it were.

BTW, I work down the street from the Music Center - 3rd and Grand.

Thanks for the insight. I'm still thinking about that dream because I never dream about politicians, least of all that I'm in love with them. I did get stuck in that elevator a couple of times at work and don't want to go back to work tomorrow, so I guess that's part of it. I want to believe that John Kerry is still going to come through for us in shining colors. Don't quite know how, but I guess we can always hope for a miracle.

Are you going to be at the rally in front of Barbara Boxer's office tomorrow at noon? It's on Spring Street, don't have the exact address. I'm not sure if I can make it but would love to be there.
