Did anyone see Congressman Christopher Shays
on C-Span tonight? He's a republican but I was pretty impressed with him. Sounds like he is not very happy with the Bush Administration on issues. If anyone has his contact information, please share. He would definitely be worth contacting on asking him to stand for contesting the election.

1. He's in a fairly democratic district and had a close call in November,
but he does stand up to Chimp a whole lot more than the "yessir" schmuck in my district.

2. He's from Conn.
I watched him once, I forget what the issue was, but he promised to stay at a town hall meeting until all the questions were answered. I believe he was there until early morning.

3. He's always seemed reasonable to me. Makes me miss actual
Republicans after living through all these Neos that everyone on the Hill used to call "the crazies" in the 80s.
