Get Ready for the Smear Campaign after today.....

It seems like there is no time to rest, but If the Republican Noise Machine steps up........

then so do we, to counter it, if they we try to spin - maybe a rebirth of democracy in america - into the "Republican hack grinder" - if a Senator will really stand up.

So if they try to spin this, we've gotta keep up our support of what we've asked our Senators and Reps to do.

----just keep that in mind as you're watching the proceedings today...

2. I think they would prefer to let the issue die

so they can get on with their agenda.

Arguing makes them look defnesive and keep the issue alive.

Edited: for clarity

But the smear campaign is a 24 hour embodiment of Fox news

Broadcasts by Radio's all over the US.

So what is new here?

They disprove their own lie? Dem's aren't crying in their beds eating cookies, Half of the rep party believes we are adding Chips the bed crumbs. Let them see we are out fighting! For them as well as us.

Plus how lame is it, when the worst thing you got on someone is stolen Turkey? LOL We are talking Stolen Election!

6. I think they will eschew smearing
for simple "ignoring". They are too scared to smear, because even smearing bring unwanted attention to the issue. Even if a dozen senators stand up, and challenge FL, OH, NM, and NV, the MSM will report it as afterthought. All this talk about "we will force the media to confront the issue" is wishful thinking.

8. Honestly....
I think this protest is a tip of the hat to the large segment of the Democratic party that questions the legitimacy of this election. I believe that senators are attempting to maintain their street credibility, and that's what this is all about, really.

But, I must say-any senator who steps up to the plate on this issue today goes a long way toward establishing him/herself as a vertebrate, in my book. Cause I am a member of that segment.

10. Well-spoken Dems MUST get the jump start on the spin...
otherwise, it will be spun in the wrong direction. Hope Jesse, Sen. Boxer, etc. can get on MSM and speak clearly about voter rights. We can't leave it to Hannity or Rush or Scarborough. Or God forbid Ann Coulter!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, there is a big PR problem with the upcoming Iraq election
How can we insist on supervising an election on the other side of the planet in a raw and hostile environment when we can't even get 'democracy' right here?
