I know that everyone is frustrated Bushco stole the election, and we all know it, and he's getting away with it.

So, what are we going to do about it?

Are we going to whine and say "oh, there's no use, Kerry and all our so-called leaders let us down, I'm just going to move to another country."

My response: GO!

Now don't get me wrong... one of the major differences between US and Bushco is that we welcome thoughtful dissent: we welcome constructive criticism, we welcome other points-of-view. As the old saying goes, "I may disagree with what you say, but I will defend TO MY DEATH your RIGHT to say it!" ( a quote that neo-cons obviously don't remember).

So, if you disagree with the logic or the opinion of a post, you SHOULD speak up, but explain WHY. This is Constructive Criticism. This can lead to open-minded discussions which can help enlighten all of us.

If you are just frustrated with the current situation, that's fine also. There are plenty of us here who are also frustrated, but also hopeful. We can be your support group and help you work out your frustrations.

But, if you are so frustrated that you no longer have any hope for doing anything to change the problems that have caused your frustrations, then GO!

Get Thee to a Therapist!

No one can help you but you. In the meantime, don't try to interfere with the rest of us who are honestly trying to work toward change and improvement of the current situation.

Many of the laws that they want to "repeal" were passed in the first place because "been there, done that, sucked. Let's try and fix it."

I've always wanted to tour the American countryside and interview the "elderly" on video tape... try to pick up some of the wisdom that experience has taught them.

I know, they tradionally vote conservative, but that's only because they're too busy with day-to-day life to do research on the "details" of the news that they are exposed to.

If we took the time tp tell them what Bush REALLY stood for, and what the DEMS REALLY stood for, they'd vote DEM every time.

Call your relatives and friends in the DC area, see if they have a spare basement for a few people.....make it a family reunion....get it on a housing board

I m still working on a site at http://www.dcprotests.com, (still waiting for some logos and graphics -I went ahead before it was done to get it up before the inaugural) may have a housing board soon. Right now has a few links to some otherboards. From emails I have been getting (nd I myself have called about 40 hotels) its hard to get a hotel room for less than 350 -400 a night.
