Ohio Ballots and the Sunshine Laws
Edited on Sat Jan-15-05 08:47 PM by adolfo
Ohio has Sunshine laws to allow anyone a look at their public records. With the canvassing now over, the ballots in Ohio should be accessible.

At this point, Blackwell should have no legal authority to block anyone from reviewing election records or even counting the ballots. It would be a great mistake in my opinion to NOT take advantage of this right. The trail may get colder as more time passes. What are the odds that the crime has already been fully covered up?

From the information gathered so far, there should be no additional costs except for copies. I could be wrong, anyone here care to visit the local BOE and confirm the $0 cost?

4. The last time a group of people recounted ballots in a state
Edited on Sat Jan-15-05 09:23 PM by Gman
after a presidential election, a plane crashed in New York City shortly after takeoff. On the day of the plane crash, the media announced that Gore had indeed won Florida. However, the news all that day in late September or maybe early October '01 was the plane crash caused by the loss of its tail rudder.

"You don't fuck with these people."
