If Bush stole 2004, then aren't Alito and Roberts are ill-gotten gains?

If we can make the case that 2004 was stolen, would we be able to find someway to get rid of Alito and Roberts?

3. What of the argument that you can't impeach

Alito or Roberts because you can't do so on thier actions..... I'm not sure you can do it without a constitutional amendment. But with the number of bad rulings that are going to come down from the Robert's court I don't think it's crazy to think that you could get that amendment.

War Fraud -- "perpetual war" policy of Neocon agenda

America is being led down a path of destruction by traitors and fraudsters.
There should be a means for un-doing the un-doing and restoring the Presidency and Congress to legitimately-elected representatives.

The Constitution is under attack.
Democracy is being subverted.

well, not those guys in particular, but made a statement the other day that all the juntas decisions are subject to being found improper and illegitimate. i think that impeaching these judges, or at least systematically trying to overturn their precedence should be a big part of the dem agenda for the next generation. go all the way back to the raygun appointments.
