Black Box Voting has discovered that 81% of New Hampshire voters will be casting their ballots on optical scan paper ballot machines with a known hackable version of the outdated firmware (1.94w). BBV purchased their own machine, and permorm a demonstration of a hacked vote.

Pre-test numbers: 0 Yes, 0 No.
Ballots cast: 2 Yes, 6 No.
Final count: 7 yes, 1 No.

A single company, LHS, has complete chain of custody over these machines, including providing the memory cards and flashing the firmware (to what they say is a UV flashable ROM, but I spot no socketed EPROM on the ancient (circa 1987) Motherboard.)
