Feb 5th Essex county NJ Primary errors (Sequoia Advantage DRE)
Edited on Wed May-28-08 10:39 PM by FogerRox

These numbers were provided by the Essex County Clerk, Chris Durkin. To my knowledge this is the first time the Democratic party in NJ has admitted, yes these machines cant count.

Our Feb 5th NJ primary had only presidential candidates, there was no down ticket race. Whats really freaky are the over votes, more votes than the number of people who signed in to vote. Supposedly impossible, but exactly matching my testimony of 3 yrs ago.

Just so you know, the way we vote in NJ,

YOu sign in, a tear off sheet from your sign in page is removed, the pollworker takes the tear off, escorts you to your voting machine, and deposits the tear off into a container on your voting machine. You can then vote.

1. Ellen Theisen and John Gideon had a similar experience with Sequoia.

What they reported seems eerily like yours...more votes than voters.

Granted that it was a "new, untested touch-screen/optical scanner system" that featured Ranked Choice Voting (RCV).

3. As Stalin would say
It's not who votes that count but who counts the votes.

4. Yeah.
In modern parlance, that would be, "...who programmed the machine".
