HOW DRY IS IT IN TEXAS?

It's so dry in Texas that the Baptists are starting to baptize by sprinkling, the Methodists are using wet-wipes, the Presbyterians are giving out rain-checks, and the Catholics are praying for the wine to turn back into water.

Now THAT's Dry

2. Houston County finally has beer and wine sales.
Tyler is a city of 100,000 and it's still got a ban on alcohol sales. There are conflicts in dry areas full of Baptists when the city wants to attract tourists, who drink alcohol. In Oklahoma City, they had to change the liquor laws and develop a canal that goes in a circle in a place called Bricktown.
