The meaning of 'odd' as in 'strange' and 'odds' as in 'probability.' The shots of the Las Vegas skyline at the end reinforce that interpretation. Some people believe that probability is God, or is a manifestation of God. That's why so many gamblers are superstitious.

I have to love your take on it. Probablity is GOD! I guess that explains it as well as anything I have heard in a long time.
