A bishop from Nigeria claims to have the powers to bring back people from the dead. Bishop Dr. C.N Williams, who is in the country, claims to have brought back to life 15 people in the 31 years since he started preaching.

The first time he brought a person into life, he claims, was in Nigeria where he was preaching and people who had heard of his miraculous healing powers brought a corpse that had been confirmed dead two days earlier. The Bishop, however, said he felt it was not proper and told them to take it away. While he was praying in the church together with other members of the church, he says, God installed his powers in him and there was an earthquake in and outside the church.

The people, who were outside with the corpse, started screaming and some came running back inside the church and informed everyone that the corpse had come back to life, he says. The Bishop, together with the congregation, was amazed as the corpse walked into the church and praised God for what he had done through him, he continues.

“Yes, it’s true I have prayed for some people and they came back to life and I have healing powers. In Manzini, I have also prayed for the sick people some were living with HIV and are negative now. A lot of people even came to witness God’s work and some even came to my hotel room at the Greater Alpha restaurant, where my services were held,” adding that police had to come to control the crowd.

The Bishop, who is a senior police patron in Nigeria, reveals that he was a soldier, boxer and footballer before accepting Christ. He says a Bishop back in Nigeria also prayed for his wife eight years after their marriage. His wife was barren before being annointed with the powers himself and after that prayer she conceived. Today she has six children and among them is Pastor VC Williams, known as the “wonder boy” who is also known for his preaching and healing. The “wonder boy” will be arriving today in the country to join his father and Apostle Ken Lukumba, who invited the Bishop into the country to preach. The Bishop’s son is said to have started preaching at the age of six and became a millionaire at the age of nine.
