Lincecum toys with hated Dodgers....Giants roll 9-0
Tim Lincecum did it all Saturday, pitching six innings and going 3-for-4 with three RBIs to lead the Giants to a 9-0 rout of the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Lincecum (3-0) allowed four hits while walking two and striking out seven. He permitted two runners to reach second base while trimming his ERA to 0.90. The National League's two-time reigning Cy Young Award winner has walked three and struck out 24 in 20 innings this year.

2. Excuses, excuses
so Ramirez was out...BIG DEAL. What was he going to do...hit a 9 run HR?

Speaking of Manny, I know he supposedly injured his calf Friday night, but the Dodgers also said Manny's scheduled day off was today. Strange how Manny just happened to have a " day off" scheduled on the day Lincecum was due to pitch.

3. Yeah...
Furcal didn't play. Blake didn't play. Ramirez didn't play. Martin didin't play. Ethier only played half the game. That's five starters. Yesterday's game was a throw-away. I don't feel bad about it. Two of the non-starters made run allowing errors. The catcher allowed a passed ball.

Lincecum is an awesome pitcher. I bet he had a field day pitching against four non-starters. I didn't get to see the game as I was out fishing. I'm not ashamed though.

It's a lonnnnnnnng season. You sure you want to start flinging shit this early?
