I'm not exactly sure how this writer, Jim Caple, feels Bill Neukom of the WS champions only deserves to be 10th, but then again he's right on target with a bottom three of Nutting, Wilpon, and the McCourts..

the Rockies ownership is so low. I think they're doing a good job, all things considering.

the Rockies have a relatively new nice stadium, get good attendance, are always competitive, and have been in the playoffs 2 out of the last 4 years. Number 20?..No way. I should think somewhere near the top ten would be more appropriate.

That could affect how the ownership is perceived.
