Well, it looks like the Colts are going to win the Super Bowl.
They have the best quarterback and best receivers in the league. As I fully expected, Denver is getting spanked. They're just an average team who is lucky to even get a playoff game. Oh well, at least there's Avs hockey.. Uhm.. *sigh*

1. Colts are good but...
I think New England is still better. And this game isn't over yet.

2. Yes it is - lol (a few min b4 1/2time)
But the Steelers have a serious chance at beating the Colts. Big clock-eating running game keeps Manning a spectator, physical dline gets rid of the need for blitz.... They've got about as good a shot as anyone I figure....

3. Heeheehee.
Now they have to win two games outdoors in the northeast against real defenses. Umm. What was that you were saying about the Super Bowl?

5. Beating one crappy team does not a Super Bowl winner make.
They have to win two tough games against good teams outside of the dome to make it to Jacksonville. This game is nothing more than what was expected.

6. I can't see indy beating the steelers or the pats . . .
especially on the road, especially outdoors.

but I admittedly have a bias against dome teams.

8. I don't think it's a bias to point out the facts.
Dome teams simply do not fare well outside in the cold. They only make the Super Bowl with homefield advantage or by playing another dome team on the road. Not saying it can't happen but the record speaks for itself.

9. I used the word "bias" because there is some strong disagreement . . .

on the issue, and I didn't feel like starting a fight.

but it would appear to me also to be cut & dried.

7. Hey, when you play a high school team, of course you're gonna win!
I don't really think Indy has really shown that it will win it all--they didn't beat the Pats. They're probably the second tier, with Pats and Pittsburgh at the top. They could probably beat the Jets (they already did, I think), but I would give the Jets a fighting chance.

10. Colts will lose to Eagles.
Go ahead and laugh. Make it loud and long, because it won't be last.

11. ... get real...
Denver wasn't a top six team in the AFC - they got in because the Jags and Bills choked at the end of the season.

You have to be able to control the clock when you play the Colts. If you can't do that you're screwed. Put them on grass in 20 degree weather against the Pats defense and things don't come as easy. The Pats will win next week.
