Another idea to improve soccer. |
|
All these yellows and reds gave me another good idea on how to improve soccer.
1. Players that receive a yellow card should have to sit in a small closet on the sideline for like 2 minutes.
2. Players should be permitted to fight until someone gets knocked down or dies. The first fight would only be worth a yellow card and 5 minutes in the sin bin. The second fight is of course a red card.
What do you think?

3. Well then they should make the field smaller |
|
If they're going to ice it up, they should make it smaller too. And allow them to wear skates so they can go even faster.
It'll feel really congested though, so maybe reduce the number of players per side to 5 each plus the goaltender.

5. Make soccer like hockey? Are you kidding? |
|
If that be the case, Canada would replace Brazil as the soccer capital of the world :silly:

6. While we're at it, let's change the offside rule, too |
|
who cares where the last defender is? Make a line on each end of the field, say a blue one, and the ball has to go past the line before any player on the attacking team can. Sounds good, right?
