Phoenix Coyotes bankruptcy hearing is today...

They declared Chapter 7 on Tuesday, and RIM co-founder Jim Balsillie has made an offer of $212.5 million for the team, with the condition he gets to move them to southern Ontario. This is going to get ugly, 'cause Gary Bettman has done everything he can to prevent Balsillie from getting a team and moving it from one of the false hockey markets back to Canada.

Edit: Might be Chapter 11, not 7. I've seen it reported both ways.
