The Next Ballot Proposition Should Be Very Carefully Written.
The CA Court's decision today basically said it is up to the people to amend the easily amendable CA Constitution. The next ballot initiative, which will certainly be the effort to reclaim marriage equality, should be carefully worded to protect it from being attacked again. If done properly it could be enacted with constitutional safeguards against another balloted reversal.

Is there a site that shows the language being worked on currently?

6. I agree--we've got Eyman here... He's an idiot.
But if we could use that to lever REAL campaign finance reform into place... It would be a BIG win.
