He was also in 'The last action hero' as death whcih I forgot.
He really can play anything good or bad.
Great Actor .... Oh, and can't wait for the Hobbit

what an inventive story.
and with Aaron Eckhart.

McKellen takes everything he appears in to a new level. If you can find it, I'd also recommend his 1979 made for television performance of Macbeth with Judi Dench as Lady Macbeth. But he's great in anything he does.
