Vote On 'Mr. Straight'

Angered by gay contests such as Mr. International Leather, Tom Crouse, pastor of Holland Congregational Church is launching a "contest" to name the most heterosexual guy in Massachusetts. "

"We're just looking for tolerance for heterosexuals. Someone should stand up for heterosexuality, someone should stand up and celebrate how God made us and I said, 'I'm gonna!', so I think I'll have a Mr. Heterosexual Contest!"

Sounds like a great idea! So, I have a few contestants in mind who swear they are straight. My friends, I'd love to hear your thoughts on which one should win the title of "Mr. Heterosexual".

because I don't want to jeopardize my career after "Will and Grace", even though I really don't HAVE much of a career after "Will and Grace"" Hayes.

Okay - It's been my experience that whenever somebody is as obsessed with their sexual orientation being under assault as Mr. Wayne is they usually have a perfectly valid reason to feel threatened.

We have infiltrated EVERYWHERE Mr. Wayne. Hell, I've even been featured in Playgirl and I'm willing to bet you've probably gotten strangely excited by that because you thought you were looking at a hetero so it was okay (not telling you which edition! Do your own research ;))

Silly "hetero". Much ado about nothing.

I'd agree, my Wayne seems to fear much that he can't run from - it's all inside of him...


Actually, since we all KNOW that we chose to be gay, maybe we should pick a target, say James Dobson and vote for them as the gayest man in America. If enough people tell him he's 'that way' maybe he'll start to believe it and choose to join us

But just by being in a beauty contest, doesn't that alter your Kinsey scale rating? It's like the uncertainty principle. By measuring the object you change it.

So a guy who's a category 1 heterosexual enters a beauty contest and thus becomes a category 2, because no truly straight man would enter a vanity-laced beauty contest. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Category 5 Heterosexual - wonder what that's like?

The contest will feature such manly events as how many Oprah magazines you can tear at once and a sixty second dissertation on the uses of duct tape.

I can tell you some uses for duct tape that they won't like!
