An interesting Cold Case last night (spoiler alert)
Spoiler alert
Clearly this was inspired by Brokeback Mountain. The setting is 1968 when a young cop is killed. Eventually it is discovered that he was having an affair with his male partner. Bruckheimer isn't my favorite movie director but his TV shows really try to bring gay issues to light. I won't totally spoil this but to say it is incredibly sad who ends up involved in the murder. If you get a chance, see it in repeat.
1. We watched it last night. It was very well done. And a good
who done it. After the music ended, I turned to my husband and said "Its the Hollywood Homa-seckshal Agenda!!!" Fundy homes across America were aghast, I'm sure.
My partner and I describe it as "all gay, all the time" because they've done so many pro-gay episodes. There have been close to 10, I think, and a pro-trans ep too. They also frequently address racism and other prejudices. It's an awesome show.
