to that question. The gotcha in that statement is the "freely" people decide all sorts of things, not from a condition of Freedom, but from a condition of oppression, which warps their "decisions" about "right" and "wrong".

That's what Liberation Theology is about; maybe Liberation Theology is something the GLBT community should talk about. There can be no "moral" determination without Freedom.

P.S. That's why pro-Choice is so vital to the future of this country. Slaves who get "married" and have babies perpetuate their own errors.

I sent it to my youngest brother, who is gay, when I realized I never actually told him how I felt about homosexuality in general, and about him in particular.

I can't belive I went so long without spelling it out to him, that it was a non-issue with me.

6. leftist Christianity needs to get itself a show that is the equivalent of the 700 club

I know the left has the talent to get people stirred up... I suspect the problem is that left-wing Christians are too busy out in the real world and also cannot stoop to the methods of bilking money from viewers the way right-wing Christians do.

I think that the liberal Christian denominations could probably pool together the resources if they could see that there was a public, social good from it.
