Smellin' like garlic
Just used my new blender to make gazpacho - something I love but usually don't bother with just because it's annoying to make without a blender or a cuisinart.

Didn't have enough garlic so I added more.

Didn't have enough pepper so I added more (crushed red, chipotle chile, and black)

I wanted to use some hot sauce but can you believe there's none in the house? What's happened to me??

Anyway, tastes mighty fine, and I'm a-smellin' like garlic.

3. Ah, sounds like heaven!
We didn't do too bad for a NYE brunch.
How does cold peeled shrimp, a big lobsta tail,
and some Dungeness crabmeat, with sides of
Caesar salad and garlic bread sound?
Did I say I love gahlik too?

Happy New Year!

4. I did gazpacho last year for New Years!
(Hint: You can do gazpacho shots, too, if you add vodka!)

5. Bad, bad, bad!

Goddammit. Last thing I need is an idea for a new bad habit.

Now I can't unthink that suggestion. Scheisse!

Damn you, eyesroll - and we have vodka here too!

:grr:

6. Sorry.
O8)

Gazpacho (sans vodka) is, by far, my favorite hangover remedy.

7. I used to do shots involving spicy vodka,
cocktail sauce and a raw oyster. Here's a news flash, and something I learned form experience, it is not nice when that comes back up on you.

8. Remind me not to invite you over unless there's no
booze ...... this place may look like a joint, but it ain't.

It's a respectable establishment.

9. Don't worry,
been a lot of years since I did stuff like puking up oyster shooters. I am still crazy, just in marginally less destructive ways. At anyrate, I am safe on the carpet these days.

11. I did an oyster shot once.
I had forgotten I'd already eaten something with chocolate right before. (I was party hopping at a convention.)

NOT pleasant.

Oysters are gross after chocolate.

(I do like 'em both separate, though.)

10. gazpacho shots are one of my favorites
I like em extra spicy. Alas, I have no vodka and no gazpacho. Just champagne. I just told SO who has been tearing out our bedroom carpet all day, that I'm taking him out for Indian Food for dinner. So we're all happy campers here. Good thing I didn't defrost the lobster cakes I have in the freezer.
