Sparkly and I have parted ways ......
Neither one of us wanted to cook tonight.

I was gunna make some clam sauce and put it on fetuccini. But I got a long winded client call, got behind on work, and ran out of time.

Sparkly had her 'out' work day, where she has to commute to DC to teach come classes. She's always beat after fighting an hour or two's traffic.

So she made some canned soop.

I had a stinky Sticky favorite .... sardine sammiches with raw onion slabs on a seeded rye.

She's upstairs doin' some needlework and I'm back down here - all stinky and such - ready to go back to work ... soon's I post a few things here and finish my 'spresso.

If you see me about to say 'HIIIIIIIIIIII" ...... run. :)

4. Yikes! My cats can smell you from here!
One LOVES rye bread (who knew?) and they both love sardines.

I moved furniture today. So we had bagels with schmears and pears for dinner. (Mine - lox whipped into CC on plain; his nutella whipped into CC on cinnamon raisin.)

Espresso, sardines AND onions... You're gonna need a flamethrower to clean your mouth....

6. I always dump that sardine juice on my kitty's dry cat food
Edited on Thu Mar-30-06 03:26 PM by jeanarrett
when I'm done--he loves it and isn't it good for him--all those omega 3's and the oil for his skin and coat?

You're making me hungry--reminds me--I've got some canned, smoked oysters in my cupboard at home. It's funny, even my kids would eat these when they were little, like 2 and 3 years old, on Ritz crackers!

7. Not these sardines .......
One was packed with jalepenos and the other with mustard. I don't think our little kitty's stomach could handle that.
