If you like horseradish and roast beef
try spreading horseradish on top of the roast when putting it in the oven. Great tasting.

1. Actually i make a horseradish crust that is great on roast beef or a
pork loin. It's real easy:

Strain 2 tbs or more of horseradish

In a frying pan take 1 tbs olive oil, heat it and coat the pan...brown 1 and 1/2 cups of bread crumbs then mash the horseradish into the breadcrumbs.

Take your roast and brown it....then coat it with a mixture of 1 tbs mayonnaise and 1 tbs dijon mustard....spread the horseradish breadcrumb mixture onto the roast and bake it to the correct temperature....135 for beef...165 for pork.

2. OK, I'm going to have to try this.
My husband LOVES horseradish. Me, I can take it or leave it, though I am developing a taste for it after using it for him so much. This idea sure sounds good! Same with the OP's suggestion, just rub it all over the roast...hmmm. Two new things to try...yay! Thanks to both of you.
