2. Don't use much here, either.

Just a little canola oil on occasion and the olive oil I get at Aldi's for $3.99. That's really a shame especially for the people who really depend on it heavily in developing countries.

And yes about the sticker shock. I was just thinking that I need to go back to checking the weekly ads and deciding where to shop instead of just going to my local Soopers. I got away from that since eventually all goes on sale. But I think I'm going to be more attentive and do more planning.
