Some expert Linux help please.
Near virgin Linux user here could use some help.

I'm trying to get my laptop to read my Belkin wireless card. I'm running PCLinuxOS2007. I found ndiswrapper and KDMS ndiswrapper in the repositories and installed both with their associated files.

Now what?

Do I have to place a pointer in the root directory? Some command called ndiswrapper -i <inffile.inf> ?

Is so, how?

Once this is done, can I jump off my ethernet and reboot with my wireless pci card?

Thanks in advance...OAITW
