Where are Firefox cookies?

I just reinstalled XP on a new hard drive. I can launch Firefox from the old drive but it lost all my profile information, like extensions, bookmarks, and cookie settings.

I had a bunch of websites on my exception list because I don't allow cookies. Is there a way I can get these cookies and the exception list back? Is it stored in a file someplace I can copy?

If its in the old registry, is there a way I can open the old registry and export the Firefox keys? I don't mind re-installing Firefox and extensions but I want those cookies!

1. They're in application data

First go to control panel\folder options and turn on 'view hidden files'
The my computer\documents and settings\your log in name\application data\mozilla\firefox\profiles

You should be able to copy that folder over

2. Good enough solution

Thanks, that's almost it. I can copy the profile but I can't make Firefox use it. So instead I copied the file cookies.txt and bookmarks.html to the profile I figured I was using. Now I have all my bookmarks (and bookmarks toolbar!) and cookies.

I can't find the exception list anywhere, though. Nor will it recognize any of my old extensions. I can settle for that!
