A small favor and a question?

We are testing a form for the animal shelter I volunteer with. So far, the only people getting error messages seem to be people using MAC OS with Safari browser. I figured folks in the Computers group might be likely to have other less frequently used combinations of browsers and OS, so I was wondering if you'd mind filling in the form for me and letting me know if you get an error. I've already had enough people with Windows and IE, but any others would be helpful.

Also, my friend said that Safari has some issues with javascript. If anyone is familiar with this type of problem and has input for me, I'd appreciate it.

Actually, any visiting browser will throw errors. Since a lot of browsers are configured to let wayward javascript fail silently, your friend's may be the first one set to pop an alert.

The form is set to call nonexistent script routines on submission. Look for the "onsubmit" attribute and either delete it or insert the required javascript into the markup (they're canned Macromedia scripts, if someone in your shop is using Dreamweaver, that's where you can find them).

Also, it'd be a good idea to complete the page markup -- it's missing the opening HTML, HEAD, TITLE, and BODY tags.

I am not familiar with forms, and I basically used another groups form as a template and changed the fields for my purposes. I appreciate the advice on how to correct it!:-)
