1. Did you install the video driver for your video card?
You might try reinstalling the video driver for your video card then resetting the resolution the way you want. What operating system are you running? XP? In almost all Windows you can go to My Computer and right click, properties, select the hardware tab and click on Device Manager. Click on the plus sign next to Video Adapter and see what the name for your video card is. Post back.
The video card never loaded properly after we bought a new hard drive in February.
Mr GoG decided to buy a new computer so we can get our work done, and we'll play around with the old one on the side. Hopefully we'll figure out what's wrong with it and have a good spare. :-)
