It depends on a lot. DU probably (but I don't know for sure) logs the IP address of the post. If they do, anyone who found that information can determine what network you connected to the Internet from. The administrator of that network (Comcast, AOL, Verizon, T-Mobile, the neighborhood coffee shop, whoever) may or may not be A) able and B) willing to tell whoever is tracking you down that you were the one who had that IP address at that time.
Also, DU does store email addresses, and if someone had access to that it's often possible to tie a given person to his or her email address, unless you very carefully get and keep an anoymous one.
Finally, there's the psychological aspect; if someone knows you and recognizes your thoughts and writing style then that person could "identify" you, but I think that's not what you mean.
So, the answer is in general no, but it's not entirely impossible.
