None of mine has climbed my tree yet. Patches hides under it and nilla swats at him but that's it. They love the tree. Just no climbers.

I like your crocheted snowflakes. I've have crocheted snowflakes my aunt made me 18yrs ago. I don't put them on the tree anymore because they have yellowed, but they are still very special to me.

Pad Thai must be very coordinated not to knock that over or mess things up.

4. My Mom made those snowflakes about 15 years ago
They are beautiful and thanks for asking. You could probably bleach yours as the crochet lace is usually a cotton and then stiffen them with a starch solution (as these were done) so they don't yellow again. I would consult a crafts forum for details on all that. My Mom knew how to take care of them so they didn't yellow. I'll tell her they were admired, she would like that :)

2. Oh, wow! Never has an Xmas tree looked more beautiful!
I hope that Charley and Pad Thai don't try climbing it together -- I don't think your ornaments would fare well...

6. Those are great!LOL
I haven't put up a Christmas tree in 4 years, but I put one up this year, to entertain my foster kitties. I haven't been able to coax them into climbing it yet, but they have enjoyed batting at the hanging ornaments on the bottom:-)

8. Several years ago when my Sisko was just a kitten
we lost track of him for several hours. Because he's totally black, he can hide pretty well. Found him hours later, fast asleep on the inner branches of our Christmas tree. Only discovered him because his sister decided she was going to try to join him, and started clawing at the bottom!

11. Funny thing is, Pad Thai's never done this before
I think he was just trying to show off for Charley. I am going to collect lots of pictures of those two. They are such good friends now.
