I hope whoever is responsible for this burns in the pits of hell:
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A64494-2005Jan10.htmlSliced hot dogs began appearing last month at Towers Park Community Canine Area in Arlington, where pet owners routinely cleaned them up before their dogs could gobble them down and warned others to steer clear.
But dog owners said their vigilance and even calls to police were not enough to prevent four dogs from getting sick after playing in the park.

Pitcher took Chloe to the vet Thursday after spotting hot dogs in the park and receiving a sobering heads-up from a couple who told her that their dogs were hospitalized with kidney failure last week, shortly after eating something they found in the park.

Until recently, the fenced dog park, at 801 S. Scott St., boasted a crowd of daily regulars -- canine and human.
That began to change early last month, park visitors said, when complaints about barking began to flood in from one neighbor who called police regularly. The man was particularly concerned that dogs and their owners were staying at the park well past its official closing, a half-hour after sunset. On several occasions, the man verbally harassed visitors to the park with threats of harm, park visitors said.
"He followed women home, complaining that their dogs were barking too much," said Erin Marovelli, who has been using the park for several years. "He was yelling, 'The county's going to get you,' and 'We're going to put your dog to sleep.'
