Readings for Hope

Hi everyone,

As I mentioned in a post late last month, I am doing readings this month to raise funds for Race for Hope - DC, a foundation dedicated to brain cancer research. They do an annual 5k walk/race in Washington DC and I was able to walk it last year. If you happen to know me off the board here, you know that David Cook (American Idol 2008 winner) is my most sekrit boyfriend (so secret even HE doesn't know he is!) and this is a cause close to his heart. His brother, Adam, died from it the night before the race last year and David still showed up and ran in the rain. He has great fans because this is the second year in a row his team has raised the most of any team running. Woo HOO!

To do my part (since I wasn't able to walk it this year), my Guides suggested that I do a "Readings for Hope" with all proceeds for the month of May going to the Race for Hope.

... I'm almost halfway to my goal and have made some new friends along the way! And I've gotten some great feedback from those for whom I've read. (YEY and THANKS!)
