How much do we know about ancient human history?
Was there an earlier time of higher enlightenment (a "golden age")? Did all contemporary major religions today have a common ancient source? Why is there so much synchronicity between today's contemporary religions with respect to ancient so-called pagan religions from all over the ancient world?

Interesting questions made all the more interesting after viewing these videos below I am posting. Edgar Casey did talk about Atlantis and a couple of exodus that took place resulting in the so-called Atlantians migrating to ancient Egypt and MesoAmerica. Was Plato correct about Atlantis?

Anyway, I thought to share these videos below. Whatever your opinion is, these videos are interesting to watch. If you do watch them, I hope you enjoy them.

In this first set of videos which can be purchased from Amazon If you are familiar with Yoga or any other trance meditation, or astral projection, I'd recommend viewing episode 4 first. But this whole series is very interesting to watch.

Magical Egypt Series documentary

Episode 1 (48min's)

Episode 2 (51min's)

Episode 3 (55min's)

Episode 4 (47min's)

Episode 5 (55min's)

Episode 6 (55min's)

Episode 7 (49min's)

Episode 8 (55min's)

In these next two videos. The guy giving the lecture on the Mayan calender and MesoAmerican astrotheology will show many photographs of Ancient cities and artifacts. I think the synchronicity between these two ancient worlds on opposite sides of the planet are striking to say the least.

Video taped lecture of Mayan and Aztec astrotheology and the 2012 calendar. Very interesting when you watch the whole thing.

The Aztec Codex

Part 1 (1hr 42min's)

Part 2 (51min's)

In this next three part video by two guys, goes into the astrotheology and enthogenic drug part of christianity's ancient art works and language in an attempt to better understand the origins of christianity's. Lots of very interesting stuff in this video -- but you have to be patient and bare with these two guys at times. But if you watch the whole thing, it definitely is quite interesting --and-- synchronous with the above two sets of videos.

The Pharmacratic Inquisition

(3hr 23min's)

In this last video, I can't find any links to view it online. But it is an excellently done documentary on the subject of astrotheology and explaining the precision of the equinox and the great year cycle. It can be purchased at amazon too.

4. I just watched "Magical Egypt I"
It was very good and told me things I hadn't even considered. I'm going to watch it again and do some reading on the concept of the symbols presenting the ancient mysteries.

I'm really looking forward to viewing the others, too, and I hope people will post back their comments as they watch. The material in Egypt I is definitely of interest to people on this forum.

5. In reality very little is known
about "ancient human history". History itself begins with written records, and for the first several thousand years it's all very fragmentary. Although we can tell a lot from archaeological excavations. There are NO contemporary references to or records of the Platonic Atlantis. It's thought by some that he was referring to an island in the Mediterranean, modern day Santorini, which came about because of a violent volcanic eruption of the island of Thera. The Atlantis of modern myth, a technologically advanced place, simply didn't exist. Edgar Cayce made all sorts of claims about such a place, but again, no evidence whatsoever has turned up about such a place.

People are free to make up and to believe in whatever they choose. However, it's useful to have some grasp on what really is out there, what can be shown to have existed.

7. Thanks. I have to bookmark and come back to your great post, but
here is something that might interest you, too

I don't even remember if I got this link from this forum. Apologies, if I don't credit anyone.

Over 2,000 years ago the early Maya formulated a profound galactic cosmology. They saw that the sun, on the winter solstice, was slowly moving toward the heart of the galaxy. Naturally enough, with their uncorrupted intelligence intact, they suspected that the world would go through a transformation when the solar and the galactic planes aligned. They devised their Long Count calendar to target when the cosmic alignment would maximize, and that time is AD 2012. We are lucky that the brilliant skywatchers who devised the 2012 calendar left carved monuments for us to decode, and that they have survived the decay of centuries, so that we can know exactly what they prophesied and believed about 2012.
