Just what is EFT and energy healing?

I know someone who is a practitioner; I scheduled 3 sessions with her to work on a particularly thorny issue, and, as it turned out, only needed one, plus the "homework" she gave me.

It's really very simple. You access (tap or hold) various meridians while concentrating on or just thinking about a particular problem you have, and the blocked energy IN those meridians releases, and with it your problem.

Some problems can be fixed with a single session; others are very deep and require a number of sessions or even many. But I've found it an extremely valuable tool and would not want to be without it ( which doesn't mean I use it as often as I should).

It's something everyone can learn and do for themselves. There's a free manual on the website of the guy who developed this streamlined version from others' work:

I recommend EFT highly. The EmoFree site has numerous, numerous case studies, and you can do a search for your particular issues to see how EFT worked for others in your situation or to get good ideas.
