7 Universal Truths according to Caroline Myss

(Metta and I are both studying Caroline Myss' work right now.)

According to Caroline in "Energy Anatomy", there are seven universal truths that, if you can live by them (and do what it takes to develop them), you will have your life in balance. The rest then takes care of itself. These seven teachings are a reference point for what keeps your spirit empowered and your biology balanced.

There is one universal truth for each of the chakras in the human body:

First chakra - All is one
Second chakra - Honor one another
Third chakra - Honor oneself
Fourth chakra - Love is divine power
Fifth chakra - Surrender your personal will to divine will
Sixth chakra - Seek only the truth
Seventh chakra - Live in the present moment

2. I agree with you about doing some better than others.

The most difficult ones for me are "Surrender your personal will to divine will" and "Live in the present moment". I can usually do the first of these two pretty well, except when security-related things are concerned.

Security seem to be my biggest issue in this life. I need to learn to trust completely.

4. That's what Caroline says. If we make our decisions based upon...

security concerns, the Universe will show us that there's no such thing as security. If we make them based upon what we think we should do spirituality-wise, we'll be taken care of.

I'm surprised to hear about your security issues, isos. After all, you picked up and left a life on the West coast to start a new life in NYC. I think that took quite a bit of courage!

5. It took a lot for me to do that

I had resisted change and certain paths for years because I wanted security. Only after learning, yet again, that there is no security did I move. My life is still in flux and I still don't have security. At times it's scary but at least I no longer think of myself walking a tightrope without a net. Yep, I saw my life in terms of that metaphor.

6. The Energy Anatomy CD's changed my life!

I've also had several friends listen to them and they feel a hugh change also. They're incredible. Thanks for the post reminding (and letting those know who haven't heard them) us of the 7 truths.:)

9. The CD's are Caroline Myss talking to an audience about tieing

our Chakras into our emotions (they've also helped me with my Abraham work). She tells great stories that have happened and that she's heard about. The story about the car wreck LITERALLY changed the way I look at many things. Also, she talks about being "plugged" into events that happened years ago and why are we letting our energy go there?
