I found out today that one of my supplements may have a good side effect!

I've mentioned before that I take CLA supplements for cellulite reduction.CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) is derived from safflower oil.
Anyway, one of the guys who works at the store says that he takes it for...asthma!!
He says he barely needs his rescue inhaler now. Apparently, it helps with inflammation and thins mucus. He said he had also recommended it to a mother and son who also have asthma, and they had reported back with good results.
Who knows, and a very BIG DISCLAIMER: YMMV!! But I thought I should mention it. I am not advising that anyone take this for any medical condition at all.
Just a story...

2. Dosage?

I've been taking CLA and I have not noticed a reduction in cellulite or weight. Perhaps I'm not taking enough of it. How much does one have to take to notice an effect?
My thighs anxiously await your response.
