Has anyone else felt unusually tired the last few days?
Me and my family have needed a good deal more sleep lately as well as family out of state. I literally took a 2 hour nap last evening and then slept until after 8 am this morning! I could have slept more if I let myself. My mother fell asleep at 6:30 and woke at morning. Dh also has been very sleepy.

Maybe it is the pollen (I'm reminded of the poppy field in Wizard of Oz).

1. YES!
LIke the Dreamtime has been pulling me in alot...

I took a nap for the past 2 days while at home, the last one (yesterday) lasted 3 hours! I was totaly shocked when I woke up and was still tired...

I wanted to sleep in today but the kids had me up by 7:30...hopefuly I can get my second wind this afternoon.
what's UP?

well, thinking of merc retro and all the other cosmic crap that is coming on.... I think it's like we are being "re-wired" in a way. The next big thing will also be 3 eclipses between july and august - which I also believe are like cosmic "resets" because the pull of the sun & moon work like breaker switches on the planet....and in us as well.

Wouldn't it be great if it meant that we are THAT much closer to some kind of ascencion...? *sigh*
I just want all the evil gone...the news has been relly affecting me and I have had to try and avoid it lately. I can't handle torture talk (past lives?)...

2. Dreamtime.......
Wow, my husband had some serious nightmare a few mornings ago, I was already up and heard him yelling (I thought he was asking me what time it was or to get him a cup of coffee or something) but he was dreaming. When I called back to him it brought him out of it. And last night I was wracked by dreams all night, waking up on occasion feeling like I had been in another world, and can't remember a bit of it.

I haven't been especially tired, but something has been affecting our sleep state.

3. ya...
I think that's why the sleep is happening more, and the tiredness prevails.../we are "working it out" in the dreamtime for sure.

Yesterday when that 3 hour long nap happened, I was totally having bad dreams;. I was dealing with introducing my new love to my sister and she made me look horrible and took every opportunity to say horrible things and was just over the top UGLY...almost to the point of being nightmarish, it was very disturbing and I have NO idea where it came from. But it is making me look at our relationship from a more cautious place...weird

4. MG Jr. has been sleeping all night for quite a while, which is saying something
Usually he's running around (into our bedroom, into our bed!) at 3 a.m. or so, but for the past couple of weeks he's been sleeping all night, and once or twice I've had to wake him up for school. I was terrified he was coming down with something (usually that's the only time he sleeps all night), but he's still healthy.

Then again, he woke up at 5:45 yesterday morning and was raring to go. THAT was fun! (Not!) x(

5. Yes.
I've been going to bed earlier than usual. I also had a weird thing happen the other night that kind of freaked me out and made me wonder if I were going nuts. I bought some earplugs to block out my new neighbors who are up at all hours of the night. Anyway, all was quiet but I woke up to adjust the earplugs and had a flash of something I don't understand for a few seconds. Time stopped. I saw a weird picture I can't even begin to explain suspended in my mind for a few seconds, and then everything went back to normal. I explain it away as merely one of the glitches of human existence, but it was the weirdest thing that had ever happened to me in the past few decades. The last being when I was driving to pick up my mom from work as a teen and time seemed to stop and I became disoriented. Perhaps it is mental illness. Oh well.

6. Reality Quake
sometimes the blinkers us humans wear here slip off and something slips though, a glimpse of timelessness, a flash of insight, or just a random bit of information bouncing it's way through the cosmos.

new energies are being anchored at this time so those with senses not blocked will pick up more tidbits like this as the Shift continues. Glitches will occur as well as leaks as our bodies adjust and acclimate to the new vibrations. software and hardware will be upgraded so to speak but that times time so as not to overwhelm.

I have been a night owl for 43 years, but the last few weeks I've been out by 10:30, and tired all the next day!

9. Yes, but I attribute much of it to being unemployed.
And possibly to losing some of my positive attitude towards it all. Plus, I'm starting to revert back to my "normal" night owl hours ;)

However, I've felt more tired for weeks, so is there any indication this has been going on that long for everyone else?

14. yes and no
I've been tired all spring, but before I was sleeping well and working til I dropped.

But lately I've not been sleeping -- waking up at 3 am or so and not able to fall back to sleep -- for several nights running and then having a big sleep with intense dreaming.

So I've been tired and unable to think through stuff clearly and postponing/procrastinating, and feeling fear that, once I get a decent sleep, I realize is tired-based.

My eyes have been flying open around 2 or 3 a.m., with intense dreams before or after the wakeup. I normally don't wake up in the middle of the night unless MG Jr. is the cause.

19. are you still on antibiotics?
You've been very sick so it will take a while to recover. And if you're still on antibiotics, expect to be tired. Along with targeting the bacteria, they impact your mitochondria (energy factory) so your body is literally unable to produce as many energy molecules.

21. crazy so much sleep. both roommate and i
we can literally sleep away days now. 12-16 hours is not abnormal anymore. we attribute it to hard beds, mononucleosis, staying up too late, anything. but after 3 month, it's starting to seem to be something else, or maybe a combination of all of the above. just can't get enough sleep.

22. I find myself waking up with clenched teeth, tight jaw. Must
be releasing some heavy stuff in dreamtime. I've been feeling drowsier than usual, but that sometimes happens during pollen season.

Sometimes I feel as though something is pulling me towards sleep. If it's convenient, I'll lie down and nap for awhile.

For some reason, I haven't been remembering my dreams lately, only fragments. Anyone else experiencing this?

25. I haven't been having the clenched teeth and tight jaw problem,
but for the past few weeks I've felt something "pulling me towards sleep" as you put it. It seems to come on me mostly in the afternoons, and what is so weird is that it happens very abruptly. One minute I can be at the computer engrossed in a note I'm typing, and the next minute feel so sleepy I can't keep my eyes open any longer. Sometimes I fall asleep if I go to bed and try to take a nap, and sometimes I don't. If I don't fall asleep, the feeling of fatigue may go away on its own or it may persist for hours.

I haven't been remembering my dreams lately. I'm going to make a conscious effort to remember them from now on, because I've definitely been feeling something pulling me towards the otherworld. I have reached the point where I'd like to find out what it is.

26. YES on the clenched teeth and tight jaw
I thought I had a cavity on my right side because my molars were sensitive when I chewed on that side, but my dentist couldn't find one (even did X-rays). He put it down to clenching. It's gotten pretty bad lately, affecting my ear canal and even a nerve at the back of my head. I don't want to go back to my dentist, though, because I don't want him to fit me for a mouth guard. I hate those things. x(

30. I had a dental check up in late April, and there was nothing
wrong with my teeth. I am thinking of going to a sporting goods store to get a mouth guard to see if that will work. It's the kind that children and young adults use while playing sports. It's worth checking out rather than having to go to the dentist for a custom fit.

24. Dreams and dreams; last night's I remember
It seems people are dreaming a lot right now. I hadn't been remembering mine lately, only waking up knowing they were intense. Last night I had a vivid one, I dreamt of a cat I had years ago. His name was Xanth and he was solid black and huge, 18 pounds. In my dream I had left him with some people to take care of and was going to visit them and him. He came out to greet me (and someone with me, maybe my husband) and had a little kitty jacket on. He was rubbing around my legs and I saw a spark on the jacket and a puff of smoke coming up, I immediately picked him up onto my lap and took the jacket off, thinking it was on fire somehow. The cat was oblivious, just head bumping and wanting to be petted. When I petted him sparks flew up and little flames came out of his fur, and then smoke. He still seemed to be in no pain and not noticing the problem. The dream ended with me searching his fur trying to figure out what was wrong the putting him down and seeing him walk off with no ill effects.

I have dreamt of Xanth before, he was one of two cats taken from me and given away by my family when I hit a very low point in life 17 years ago. I was in no position to protest at the time. I have never had a pet since, partially because my husband hates getting attached only to have them die in a decade or so (dog person), and also because I don't want to have a living being that can be taken from me like that again, or that I can fail as a caretaker.

And I slept all night on top of that. I rarely do that. I just about fell asleep on my sister's couch today. It has to be the pollen. My car has been dusted with it all weekend. I am even considering calling in work tomorrow to take a sleep day, LOL.
