Roadside bomb kills soldier in Baghdad

BAGHDAD — A soldier has been killed by a roadside bomb in northwest Baghdad.

The military says the soldier died when the bomb exploded next to his vehicle just before dark on Tuesday. The soldier’s name and unit were withheld until the family could be notified.
