Is there anyone anywhere who is more impolitic than George Clooney? And I say that with affection, because I'm a fan. Oh, wait - yes, there is one person who is more impolitic than Clooney - HOWARD DEAN.

3. I am prescient
Of course George Clooney, why he's such an obvious choice. The President is just a figure head, he doesn't have any real authority or important duties, haven't you heard? Furthermore, it's high time we dismissed this "having a beer with the guys" nonsense and gave the majority voters, the women, somebody to have something a whole lot better better than a beer with!

George Clooney for President and a Congress calling important hearings on the selection process of College Bowl Games. Now we're cookin' with steam!

and though i loved that sandnsea jumped in with that thread, her conclusion to elect clooney had me going. i actually typed then deleted a post i wanted someone well educated and experienced..... not an actor. glad to see she was just teasing. i thought so at first, but people were getting on the bandwagon. oh, that is funny

7. Speaking of Clooney
I saw Syriana Sunday night. Everyone absolutely needs to see this movie. There's more about it here - http://blog.thedemocraticdaily.com/?p=1346

I would vote for George in a heartbeat!
