Something funny
I came across something really funny today (http://www.ditzydemocrats.blogspot.com), a statement from a LaRouche supporter, and I thought I should share it with you guys (and yes, I know that LaRouche is a fraud):

"I asked who LaRouche would be likely to support for President and Guy #1 got a bit miffed and then finally sputtered, "Well, see, that's not really the point here- but he'd support Hilary. You know, the Clintons called in LaRouche to help Kerry's campaign...LaRouche ran their campaign basically, he turned it around and if he had been there from the beginning, Kerry would have won."

(BTW, sorry that I rarely post here these days but my laptop broke and I'm working now with an old computer which is very painful. The good thing is that I still had the warranty on my laptop and I will get it fixed and back... eventually.)

1. What was the highest % LaRouche ever got himself
So Cahill/Shrum and the Kerry friends weren't running the campaign. The LaRouche people are weird. I saw them in Boston both times I went to Faneuil Hall. At the Patrick rally, they told me that they were the only real Democrats. I said I supported real Democrats and they weren't them. I then said Kerry and Kennedy. I was told they FORCED Kerry to filibuster Alito - he had said he wouldn't do it before they convinced him too. (I think they were seriously delusional!

Oddly I saw them in the middle of Ridgewood, NJ. They were collecting money to train young people to win elections. To the amusement of my husband, I argued with them when they said they were the only hope of the Democrats. I said I contributed to KAP for that and explained it was Kerry's. They said they liked Kerry, but he didn't listen to them or Clinton - so he lost.
