Feigned stupidity - aaaargh

You bring up something that every single person on DU has stated for years running, and the response is "Who said that?" By a poster you KNOW isn't new, isn't young, isn't stupid. Just an argumentative tactic to avoid having a particular discussion at all. Stone wall. What do you do with these people??

By the way, Al Weed in Virginia, I like him. He's got a blog up on Kos right now, seems like just the kind of Democrat we need to be running. Anything negative about him? Does he have a chance?
