2. I saw that - The pb is that I have no confidence that this will come to a

vote.

I doubt that Reid wants this to happen as it would force Democrats to take a stand on the issue, and obviously, many disagree with Kerry on that (even if some would agree with something more vague).

So it will probably end in a procedural vote (motion to proceed or something like that) in order not to embarass people.

5. None the less, I am contacting as many Dem senators as I can.

If they don't know or understand how the American people feel about this war issue they should be told. Reid, needs to stop playing the fence sitter and "keeping his powder dry". Democrats need to take a stand and stand for something.

and asked them, if they live in MA, to call our senators anyway and tell them we support them in this, and also to forward it on to anyone and everyone in other states who might be willing to call.
