Kerry meets with bloggers in D.C.
Greetings from Washington D.C.!

Our favorite Senator (KERRY OF COURSE!) was gracious enough today to sit down and talk shop with his bloggers about the importance of the internet, and the blogging community as a vast resource to be utilized fully. It was off the record, but we did have some great dialog.

We explained a little to him about what we have been doing as an online group to promote his message as well as the progressive agenda as a whole. He was extremely gracious as always, and a lot of great ideas were tossed around. It was a terrific meeting, and he sends his warmest regards to each and every blogger.

Great job, all!

2. Actually, no - we were unable to arrange that.
It was kind of an impromptu meeting with a small group that sort of just "happened."

We didn't get the chance to find our new friend, but the idea of getting those two together is not dead.

6. Wonderful!! That's great that you guys got to meet with him.
In the future will there be more clues as to his feedback as well as what we can be doing more or less of? Obviously, I'm sensitive to the "off the record" nature of the meeting, so maybe my questions are premature or cannot be answered. But, still, that's fantastic that you guys got a "double dose" of Kerry today.

Seriously, Sounds like today was a double great day and I'm sorry I wasn't there.

I wish I could have seen the crowd's reactions. And I wish I could have shaken his hand and thanked him for what he did in 04 to try to protect our country from this destructive (and either very competent if you believe PNAC or incompetent if you believe Katrina) regime.
