Tuesday, 8/29: I worked out today--did you?
:hi: Good morning gang!

This morning, after a 10 minute warm-up on the elliptical, I did a long weight routine. I did both my upper-body and my leg and lower back workouts.

Tomorrow... a 5 mile run.
